The Institut des Hautes Études pour les Pratiques et les Arts de Transformation offers tailor-made transformation processes, designed to strengthen the ability of organizations to evolve by inventing new ways of orienting themselves in an increasingly uncertain world.

Each process is a unique composition, co-constructed from specific challenges, contexts and expectations. It is based on a willingness to listen, an openness to the improbable and a shared desire to be transformed by the situations we encounter.

Our approach in action

Our processes are built around protocols designed to thicken the experience and develop evolving capacities within collectives.

Each IHEPAT intervention is a shared creation, custom-designed and activated in practice. It is embodied in moments that vary in order, intensity and frequency, depending on the context and dynamics of the group:

Formulating the intention of transformation: clarifying questions and articulating the profound intention of change, without fixing the expected result or setting objectives.
Develop qualities of presence: cultivate appropriate postures and qualities of presence within groups, essential for fostering trust, cohesion and better listening.
Immerse yourself in milieux: recognizing that knowledge and transformation are intrinsically linked to places, propose immersions in unique practice milieux.
Investigate and explore knowledge ecologies : understanding the worlds of practice that exist within organizations involves identifying points of friction, encounter or divergence, and recontextualizing knowledge within a wider ecology.
Integrate and land: integrating lived experience is crucial if transformation is to take root over time. Revisiting perceptions and weaving analogical links between new understandings and operational realities strengthens the robustness of organizations.

In coordination with affinitive practice milieux, trans-disciplinary teams, set up according to each context, develop situations based on sensitivity, listening and quality of presence, to let emerge what, in depth, makes possible real transformations in our ways of being, perceiving, connecting and acting together.

Unexpected matches
through thickening experience

Our approach is to thicken experience by weaving resonances and analogies across usually separate worlds. By carefully composing practices and milieux, we create the conditions for experiencing unexpected correspondences. These experiences give rise to new understandings, freed from the beliefs that limit the imagination.
