Supporting organizations in processes of change that have been tested and evaluated for their long-term effects
The Institute of Advanced Studies for the Practices and Arts of Transformation (IASPAT) is aimed at public and private institutions wishing to enrich the meaning and relevance of their actions in response to the challenges of an increasingly turbulent and uncertain world.
It establishes dynamics of cooperation with multiple repercussions within the organisations with which it is involved, as well as with its partners, users, customers or patient groups.
It relies on cross-disciplinary teams from business, the arts, education, the human sciences, care, administration and culture. These teams are put together specifically to meet the needs of the participants, who have the dual skills of mastery and transmission in their field.
In support of its consultancy activities, the Institute offers original training courses, conducts research and produces documentation and publications.
We run short courses and a long cycle for people who want to acquire transformative skills in their field of action (public or private managers, elected representatives or community workers).
We help the redirection of higher education through in situ modules and summer schools for all academic disciplines.
We develop research-action partnerships with the dual aim of transforming reality and producing knowledge about these transformations.
